Unfortunately, once sent, all transactions are final unless you can work out the situation with the customer service of the receiving platform. Decoin will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you click the “Confirm Withdrawal” button in the automatic email that is set. There can be three different responses to your withdrawal request.
1. "Pending" on withdrawal records - you may cancel this withdrawal by yourself. Please contact our support as soon as possible.
2. "Processing" on withdrawal records – please contact support. We may be able to help you solve this problem.
3. “Succeeded" on withdrawal records - If the status is succeeded, you can't cancel it anymore. You need to contact the customer service of the receiving platform. Hopefully, they can recover the transaction.
