What happens if I deposited a wrong coin into Decoin?

Decoin generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service:

If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited token and coins, Decoin, at its sole discretion, may assist you in recovering your tokens/coins. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time, and risk.

To request Decoin to recover your coins, please provide the following information: 

1. Your Decoin account email                                          

2. Coin name

3. Wallet Address

4. The Amount

5. Txid (Critical)

6. Transaction screenshot

The Decoin team does not guarantee the recovery of the wrong coins placed in addresses. If it is possible to recover your coins, we may need to install or upgrade the wallet software, and export or import private keys. These operations can only be conducted by authorized staff under a careful security audit. Please be patient as it may take over a month to retrieve any wrong coins.
